The pizzas (the restaurant’s masterpiece) are made by a master pizzaiolo also of Italian origin, who uses all his know-how to make you taste pizzas that you would never have tasted before! They are directly baked in a rotary wood oven.
The flour of our pizzas is semi-integral, organic and stone molded. The tomato sauce comes from San Marzano tomatoes, produced and ripened by the sun in the Campania region.
Our wines are also imported directly from Italy, to immerse you even more deeply in a typically Italian atmosphere. We also offer a range of organic wines.
