Festivals Gard – June

Nîmes Festival
Since 1997, the Nîmes festival has been held every year in the city’s majestic arenas. From mid-June to mid-July, the city of Nîmes celebrates for a month, welcoming many renowned artists. The programme is very varied, ranging from pop-rock to rap, with a touch of classical music. The exceptional setting offered by the arenas allows you to attend spectacular concerts while enjoying one of the city’s flagship venues.

At the beginning of June the festival celebrated its 6th edition in Paloma. This is not a love song is: 3 days of festival, 50 artists/groups of independent music and 4 stages. An event appreciated for its friendliness, the pleasant setting and its always relevant programming.

Festivals Gard – July

Jazz in Junas
Jazz in Junas has been an international jazz festival since 1993. It is an all-public event that takes place in July and offers jazz in all its forms.
Zion garden
This summer marks the 8th edition of the Zion Garden. Held in Bagnols-sur-Cèze, this festival mainly welcomes artists from the reggae scene. The participants particularly appreciate the beautiful programme and the quality organisation, bringing good vibes and a relaxed atmosphere.
The Musical Nights of Uzès
Since 1971, the city of Uzès has hosted this summer event every year. The Nuits musicales d’Uzès historically proposes baroque music, but also more generally classical, traditional and jazz music. The concerts are spread over several days and are always organised in magnificent settings (temple, church, cathedral…). This festival brings together music lovers and the general public around magical and moving performances.
The Cévennes Transes
Sumène hosts the 21st edition of the Transes Cévénoles. A true place of conviviality, the festival offers, among other things, music and street art. Rendez-vous at the Transes Cévénoles for a pleasant event in the Gard, always placed under the sign of cultural enrichment.
Fest’in Zone
Over the course of a weekend, you will have the opportunity to attend a quirky festival with multiple atmospheres. At the end of July, Fest’in Zone takes over the hangars and technical workshops in the port of Grau-du-Roi. On the programme, you will find numerous animations, street shows and street art. Thanks to its variety, the event attracts a heterogeneous and family audience.

Festivals Gard – August

The Electros of Uzès
The Electros of Uzès invest the Promenade of the Chestnut trees of the city of Uzès. The festival will present at the beginning of August its eighteenth edition. On the programme: two evenings of concerts in essentially underground and techno styles.

Festivals Gard – September

The Electrobotik Invasion
This year, Électrobotik Invasion celebrates its 10th anniversary in Lezan. This outdoor festival offers a two evening programme with more than 80 artists (including some heavyweights from the French Hardtech scene). 5 stages are made available to an audience passionate about electronic music. Usually scheduled in July, the festival is exceptionally postponed this year.
