The reservation

  • What is the cancellation guarantee?

The cancellation guarantee is an optional package payable in full and only at the time of booking your camping holiday, corresponding to 3.3% of the amount of the stay. This guarantee ensures the reimbursement of the sums paid (with proof and subject to reservations) and applies in the cases cited in the General Terms and Conditions of Sale.

The cancellation guarantee must be taken out at the same time as the purchase procedure, payable with the first deposit.

  • What is the tourist tax?

The tourist tax is a tax on stays that can be levied by the French communes recognised as tourist resorts and is collected by landlords, hoteliers, owners, etc. The rate varies according to the destination. This tax is 0.61€ per night per person over 18 years old in our campsite.

  •  Can I reserve a specific pitch?

You can reserve a specific pitch with a supplement of 30€. A map of the campsite is available on our website. This rate is also valid if you wish to be side by side with another pitch or rental accommodation, in which case both clients will have to pay the 30€.

  •  What is the procedure to follow for payment by holiday vouchers (ANCV)?

If you have chosen to pay part or all of your booking by holiday vouchers (ANCV), you must send them by registered post with acknowledgement of receipt, indicating your file number to the following address: Camping Les Cascades 693 route de Donnat 30200 La Roque-sur-Cèze.

Your accomodation

  • Can we come with an extra person compared to the accommodation capacity?

No. For safety and insurance reasons, the maximum number of people allowed in the mobile homes must not be exceeded.

The campsite manager will refuse any person exceeding the capacity, even offering to pay a supplement. When making your reservation you must mention the surnames, first names and dates of birth of all occupants (baby included).

  • Is a baby considered as a person?

A baby is indeed considered as a person in its own right.

  • Is it possible to set up a tent in front of the accommodation?

You can put up a tent in front of the accommodation as long as the capacity of the accommodation is respected.

  •  How big are the beds so that I can bring my own sheets?

You will find this information on our website in the accommodation section, on the page of the mobile home you have rented.

  • Is there air conditioning in the accommodation?

All our accommodation is equipped with air conditioning except for the air lodge tents and safari lodge tents.

Services on site

  • What is the price for the rental of sheets and towels?

Rental of a single sheet kit: 12€.

Double sheet kit rental : 20€.

Towel kit rental: 8€.

  • Do you offer cleaning packages?

Yes, we offer cleaning packages for our rentals and also for the private bathrooms on our pitches. Rental cleaning package 80€ and pitch cleaning package 40€. The cleaning package is included in the price for the premiums.

  • Can I rent baby equipment?

Yes, we provide baby kits including an umbrella bed and a high chair for 6€ per night.

  • Can I bring my own barbecue or do you offer one on site at the campsite?

Wood and charcoal barbecues are forbidden on the campsite ! There is no barbecue hire at the campsite, however you can bring your own as long as they are electric or gas.

  • Is the access to the animations and swimming pools free?

The access to the animations and the swimming pool is included in the price of your rental.

  •  Do you have wifi on the campsite?

Yes, you have a wifi network on the whole campsite by our provider Osmozis, with a fixed price on sale at the reception (3€/day and 16€/week). You will find free wifi at the snack bar/bar of the campsite.

The deposit

  • Can I find out more about the deposit?

The deposit is payable by bank imprint, cheque or cash. It is 200€ for rentals and 50€ for pitches.

The inventory of fixtures is not done at the time of departure. If the accommodation is returned clean and no equipment is missing, and you do not hear from us within 2 days of your departure, no deposit will be taken. Otherwise, the amount of the cleaning deposit or/and the material deposit will be deducted. You will be informed by email or telephone within the day.

Arrival, departure & during your stay

  • At what time can I access my accommodation?

Arrivals for rental accommodation are from 4pm and for pitches from 2pm. If you expect to arrive outside the opening hours of the reception, please contact the campsite to get all the necessary information on your arrival.

  • At what time should I vacate my accommodation?

Departures are before 10am for the rented accommodation and before 11am for the pitches.

  • Is it possible to welcome visitors during our stay at the campsite?

It is possible to welcome visitors on the campsite, the rate is 3.50€ per visitor and they do not have access to the swimming pool. It is obligatory to report them to the reception.

  • Is the campsite suitable for people with reduced mobility (PRM)?

We have a PRM WC at the snack bar, however all our riverside campsite is sloping, so it is not easy to get around in a wheelchair.

  • Are animals accepted?

Two animals (cat or dog: weight 20kg max) per rental or pitch are accepted (except 1st and 2nd category dogs, new pets or any other animal) for a fee payable at the time of your reservation (supplement of 6€ per night).

Please note that pets are not allowed in “premium” and “4 flowers” accommodation.

Dogs must be kept on a lead at all times. They are not allowed near the swimming pools, in the food shops and in the buildings. The vaccination booklet for dogs and cats must be up to date and will be requested on arrival.
