Health crisis, our position !

The health crisis linked to the coronavirus has forced all outdoor hotels to take rapid and strict measures to ensure that the rules are respected in their establishments. Here at the Les Cascades campsite we first invested in state-of-the-art equipment for cleaning and disinfecting the cottages and private sanitary facilities and we have done everything possible to ensure that barrier gestures and distances are respected.

we use Vapodil

Since the 2020 season we have been using Vapodil to clean and disinfect all our mobile homes and private sanitary facilities. The quality of the cleaning is a priority in our campsite.

What is the Vapodil ?

It is a cleaning and disinfecting solution using dry steam. The dry steam at 120°C acts in depth, whether in textiles to remove dirt or in kitchen and bathroom elements to degrease and remove biofilms. Thanks to its biocidal properties, bacteria and micro-organisms are effectively eliminated. Without chemicals it is good for our customers, good for our cleaning staff and good for the environment.

The Vapodil is equipped with several elements and accessories, each with a specific cleaning function. The Vapodil offers optimal ergonomics and requires no effort.

New : AFNOR / NF T72-110 Certification

It was in the spring of 2020, in the midst of the health crisis, that the company Vapodil applied for certification. After numerous AFNOR tests confirming the ANSE data, it was in November 2020 that Vapodil obtained AFNOR / NF T72-110 certification, which scientifically validates its bactericidal, sporicidal, fungicidal, yeasticidal, mycobactericidal and virucidal properties, which obviously includes Covid-19.

Covid-19, our facilities on the campsite

During the 2020 season as soon as the campsite opens, we have set up a sanitary protocol validated by the FNHPA and UMIH30. Hydroalcoholic gel terminals have been installed at each strategic point of the campsite, gates, swimming pool, reception, restaurant, … At the reception and restaurant, masks were compulsory and the installation of plexiglass reinforced the required distances, always in a friendly atmosphere. In the swimming pool area, deckchairs have been removed to leave 1 metre of distance between each person, so that our holidaymakers can enjoy a moment of relaxation and well-being. In our restaurant tables have also been removed to guarantee more space between guests, always in a warm and pleasant atmosphere.

All the teams at the Les Cascades campsite work together to guarantee each guest a stay as close as possible to the respect of the sanitary rules in force for a holiday in complete tranquillity.
